1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol from our store. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you and the intended recipient are both 21 or older. We reserve the right to require age verification at any point in the purchase process and to cancel orders where age cannot be confirmed.

An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery of all orders. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package will be returned and a reshipping fee will apply. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to the unavailability of an adult recipient.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features or complete a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Orders & Purchase Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders with suspected fraudulent information, or orders to restricted shipping destinations.

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order ships. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Product availability, including allocated and limited-edition releases, is not guaranteed. We make no representations that any specific product will remain available after you view it on our site.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship only to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipment is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that receiving alcohol shipments is legal in your jurisdiction. Orders placed for delivery to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable regulations, all sales are generally final. We will accept return requests only for orders that arrive damaged, contain incorrect items, or are confirmed lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or services to:

• Purchase alcohol for or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age
• Resell products purchased from our store without prior written authorization
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or shipping restriction systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from our Site without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or servers
