Every bottle we ship is a rare or limited-edition expression that deserves to arrive in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your bourbon from Nashville to your door.
How It Works
Place Your Order
Order by 2:00 PM CST on a business day for same-day processing.
Verification
We verify your age and shipping address against state alcohol regulations before fulfillment.
Careful Packing
Each bottle is individually wrapped and packed in a reinforced shipper designed for alcohol transport.
Ships Out
Your order ships via UPS or FedEx with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking email immediately.
Adult Signature
An adult 21+ must sign for delivery. The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
All orders ship from our Nashville, TN facility. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and your location. Alcohol shipments cannot be left unattended — an adult signature is always required.

Important Shipping Policies
Adult Signature Required
By law, all alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult 21 or older. Please ensure someone is available to sign. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned and a reshipping fee applies.
Temperature Considerations
During extreme heat (above 90°F) or cold (below 20°F), we may hold shipments to protect your bottles. We’ll notify you by email if your order is held for weather.
Packaging
All bottles ship in reinforced cardboard shippers with foam inserts. Multi-bottle orders use custom divider boxes. We do not reuse damaged packaging.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. Track your order directly on the UPS or FedEx website, or through your account on our site.
PO Boxes
We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all orders.
Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at info@thebourbonhp.com immediately. Once a label is created, address changes may not be possible.
States We Ship To
Due to state alcohol regulations, we can only ship to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is permitted. We currently ship to the following states:
