🔑 How to Redeem a Gift Card

  1. Browse thebourbonhp.com and add your chosen bottle(s) to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information.
  3. On the payment page, enter your gift card code in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
  4. Click “Apply” — your balance will be deducted from the order total.
  5. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remainder with any accepted payment method.
  6. If your order is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on your card for future use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do gift cards expire?
No. THE BOURBONVAULT HQ gift cards never expire. Your balance is available whenever you’re ready to use it — whether that’s tomorrow or two years from now.
Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They can be applied to any other product in our store.
What if the recipient is in a state we don’t ship to?
Gift cards can be purchased by anyone, but alcohol can only be shipped to states where we are legally permitted to deliver. If the recipient is in a restricted state, they will not be able to complete a purchase. We recommend confirming the recipient’s state before purchasing. See our Shipping & Delivery page for the full list of states we serve.
Can I check my gift card balance?
Yes. Email us at info@thebourbonhp.com with your gift card code and we’ll look up your current balance. We’re working on a self-serve balance checker — coming soon.
What if my gift card code doesn’t work?
Double-check that the code is entered exactly as it appears in your email, including any dashes. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at info@thebourbonhp.com and we’ll resolve it immediately.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • THE BOURBONVAULT HQ is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card codes.
  • All purchases made with gift cards are subject to our standard Terms of Service, including age verification and shipping restrictions.
